Hundreds of pro-Palestinian protestors swarmed the Port of Tacoma Monday morning in an attempt to block what they believe to be a ship that will be loaded with weapons and military equipment before it departs to the Middle East.
The Port of Tacoma entrance was blocked by protestors shortly before 5:30 a.m., forcing drivers to turn around. Pedestrians and cyclists were seen demonstrating with signs and chants. Some signs read "No aid for Israel” and "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free."
The ship, protestors believe, was at the Port of Oakland on Friday. Bay Area protestors, angered by the approval of U.S. aid to Israel, demonstrated there as well. ABC7 San Francisco reported the ship would head to Washington state en route to Israel.

end israel's illegal occupation of Palestinian territories like the West Bank
@9GRBWVS7mos7MO
I believe US citizens should not protest at the site federal shipments, as this only creates a sticky situation for everyone involved. However, peaceful protests in other areas is a protected right.
@RightistShads7mos7MO
Lol the boat will still leave with the supplies to Israel
@Bl4ckBoxDuck7mos7MO
If they interfere with the mission, put them in prison
@R3ferendumTommyGreen7mos7MO
The mission??? What mission is that?
@9GR427M7mos7MO
I think it's important to know that what Palestine wants is safety and have almost no military and no weapons and all they can do against Israel is try and prevent them from amassing their own weapons to take over Palestine
@9GRBJ3H7mos7MO
Israel should be supported, Palestine should not.
@9GR3HJC7mos7MO
I think that it should be talked about more and the government should take respected actions that are within the constitutional range.
@9GSGYQ27mos7MO
It is important because it is on the subject of weapons.
@9GR27FFRepublican 7mos7MO
I think they are trying to help their people to survive
