What would a society look like where everyone truly has an equal opportunity to succeed?

A Society where we prirotize hearing others voices before we decide. Where we prioritize the whole over the few, where we make decisions based on evidence and the majority with ironclad frameworks to protect the rights of any minority from the tyranny of the majority. The society must know its own history and that of the wider world if we want to have a chance of giving everyone an equal opportunity to succeed otherwise how can you avoid painful mistakes already made by others.
