If a human wishes to improve themselves and it doesn’t harm others I don’t see how we can call that choice unethical. Mandating this be down to unwilling participants is of course unethical but simply having the option doesn’t strike me as unethical no.

It’s not ethical but it shouldn’t be immediately frowned upon. It also shouldn’t be taken advantage of.

I don't think its ethical because although using the internet for research and learning more about yourself I don't think it should be used to try and cure your imperfections.
