i feel bad because if they want to have a conversation with me i cant understand them but i respect people of other languages and i would like to learn more

It's sad that the U.S views english as the main language, so many people that live here don't speak it. It's unfair and these languages should be taught through out school, even if it's just basic terms.

We shouldn't have to accommodate people who move to this country and decide not to speak English. That is the language of this country and if you want to move here and become a citizen you should be required to learn English.
