There have been long periods of peace in the past, in many cultures. We really need to stop projecting Western shortcomings onto all of humanity.
I agree with the answer, but not the justification of the answer, war wont be obsolete but not because of stupidity, anger, or “sickness” but greed and selfishness, war makes money, and money is power in our current system.
