One would have to consider population growth and the ability for natural resources to sustain said growth over a period of time. Take for instance the Maya, who devastated their entire culture and existence from overproduction and overpopulation. Overpopulation must be quelled at some level to combat overproduction that exhausts our supply at an exponential rate. We have to evaluate what rights human beings should have, and determine if bearing children is a right or a biological inclination for procreation. In the end, we should stifle overpopulation by incentivizing sterilization beyond two children. To an outsider, this may sound like an authoritarian platform that has the potential to corrupt, and it absolutely is. However, we must simultaneously combat corruption as well as overpopulation if the world is to sustain itself long-term. If we aren't going to address abortion as being beneficial, then we'll have to reconcile the problem of overpopulation.
