I’m definitely not a fan of this because it will hurt those hourly employees even more than the first cut back of hours. We can’t help migrants at the cost of hurting employees.

Mind you there hasn't been a Republican admin in Denver since the 60's.

Mayors can't run on a party platform since before '47.
