My personal stance aligns with the perspective that military intervention should not be the primary approach to addressing the challenges posed by Mexican drug cartels. While the problem requires urgent attention and concerted efforts to disrupt cartel activities and reduce drug trafficking, military action carries significant risks and may not be the most effective or sustainable solution. Instead, I believe in prioritizing diplomatic engagement, intelligence sharing, law enforcement cooperation, and targeted aid programs to address the underlying factors driving cartel violence and drug trafficking. Additionally, efforts should focus on strengthening institutions, promoting rule of law, and supporting community-based initiatives aimed at prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.
