How can schools and care facilities foster meaningful interactions between children and the elderly?
@9JP2VYF3mos3MO
Schools can have visits to nursing homes where they provide interaction between kids and the elderly in order to provide a more connected community.
@9JNZ45QPeace and Freedom3mos3MO
They could make visits to elderly homes so the children can do a 'report' on their life and learn some new things and gain knowledge from the elderly.

How important is it to include elderly voices in conversations about our future?
@9H9JH636mos6MO
Depending on the situation at hand their voices should be heard if it is something beneficial to the future.
@9H6MZPW6mos6MO
Only if their opinion is aligned with the bettering of the future for younger generations. If elderly voices try to impose the values of society from when they were young on the future, their voices should not be taken seriously
@ISIDEWITH5mos5MO
How could the education system benefit from regular involvement of the elderly?
: Participation in and perceptions of an educational delivery system. ... Elderly interests in the expressive domain. Educational
@9HY9LKN4mos4MO
I don't think it would benefit that much. I think social security should not be a thing. It was good at the time but now people should plan for their own future. We don't need to bring in the eldery to educate us about this topic. We should not be dependent on our government because then they have to much control over us. I do think they should talk about the abuse they have and mental health. Also making our city more elderly-friendly will not hurt. All elderly have the same rights of everyone else. They should not be treated different.
@9HY9MLJ4mos4MO
The elderly could discuss important topics with students and help to educate them.
@ISIDEWITH5mos5MO

@ISIDEWITH6mos6MO
How can we better integrate the elderly into our communities and everyday activities?
@9HCWVPH6mos6MO
Creating areas in public places that the elderly should be able to enjoy as well.
@ISIDEWITH5mos5MO
How should the world change to accommodate the growing number of elderly people?
There should be better health care for the elderly. More assisted living should be provided to them, or even building more elderly homes would do them some good.
@9HGKY3T5mos5MO
Maybe more occupations to accommodate the elderly if there is no family for them, better old homes, no payment required and government funding should go to creating homes for them.
@ISIDEWITH5mos5MO
Why do you think some societies revere their elderly while others seem to overlook them?
@9HJ8Y2JRepublican5mos5MO
because some people see them as a wise and respected but some people just dont show respect at all
The perception of the elderly varies across societies due to cultural, economic, and historical factors. Societies that value wisdom, experience, and intergenerational connections often revere their elderly. In contrast, societies focusing more on youth or facing economic challenges might overlook older individuals as they may be seen as less economically productive. Cultural values play a significant role in shaping attitudes toward the elderly.
@ISIDEWITH2mos2MO
In what ways can we capture and preserve the wisdom of older generations for the future?
@9KWSCFL2mos2MO
To capture and preserve the wisdom of older generations within the context of "Elderly Interests," initiatives such as oral history projects, intergenerational dialogue, digital archiving, elderly education programs, community libraries and centers, collaborative research projects, artistic expression, and policy advocacy can be implemented.
@9KWS7T92mos2MO
Allow the elderly to have a greater hand in the school system, by perhaps offering opportunities for guest speakers based on the career of the old person in question and the expertise they can share on their career in regards to their triumphs and mistakes, what they would have done differently, and what they would advice the youth to do.
