Conflict theories in general should never be a part of general education, but there are traits of the original CRT legal theory (before it was co-opted by greater society) that are undeniable and should be taught, such as how historical laws and attitudes contribute to and resulted in inequality today and how in fields where there should be relatively equal outcomes, such as law and medicine, there are inequalities; however, these subjects should not be broached until children are old enough to understand, namely in High School
