Kentucky GOP Sen. Rand Paul plans to introduce a bill to empower Americans to sue the Biden administration over First Amendment rights violations.
The bill would empower American citizens to sue the government and executive branch officials who violate the First Amendment of the Constitution, according to Paul’s office.

It's no mistake that the Framers made freedom of speech the First Amendment. They knew this most sacred of rights is the one amendment that forms the foundation for all the others. If we lose the First Amendment all the rest of our freedoms will fall like dominos.

Constitution laws were written to establish rights of We The People. Not just so government agencies can't break them. The laws apply to everyone, foreign and domestic. Social media sites violate the 1st Amendment when they censor us.

YES - maybe we can also define what levels of confidentiality there are and how long something can actually held in confidentiality. Too much is too hidden - especially those agencies in the executive branch. Set them due to specific reasons. NO wiggle words.
