Affirmative action was a lazy attempt by the government to try and promote equality in the business area, something that they don’t actually try to do much at all. It’s not enough, fixing the systemic racism in society is the goal, so fix the welfare trap, increase the minimum wage, and slowly phase out benefits as poor people grow rather than having a hard date.
