It does not matter what stage in life someone is, if you kill them it is against the law.

If someone is attacking you, and you fought back and killed them, that is technically murder and yet we excuse it because of the right to self defense. Additionally, if someone is using your body without your consent, you have the right to stop them from doing so, even if that means they die, hence why abortion is justified because of the right to bodily autonomy. Killing has never been inherently wrong, as there are plenty of rights and circumstances that legally justify it already, so that is a ridiculous argument.
