Israel has duty to respond to Hamas, says Biden

My quick thoughts are that it is scary that our ally is in a full war with Hamas.

Isreal should blow Hamas off the face of the earth, and there should also be an interdenominational Christian state in the holy land.

No, no it doesn't. Hamas is a terrorist organization, and it's horrible. But the Israeli government is going to use this as an excuse to harm Palestinians. They've decided to shut down power to the Gazas sector, where a majority of civilians live. Palestine has responded appropriately: "You cannot say 'nothing justifies killing Israelis' and then provide justifications for killing Palestinians. We are not sub-humans."

israel needs to fight back and not depend on the USA

I think that this has nothing to do with the United States and we should stay out of it and let them handle that.

I disagree that Israel has the right to bomb Gazan citizens. Hamas is in no way justified to rape women and slaughter children, but the history of oppression against Palestinians leads me to believe that the Hamas actions are a response fueled by Israeli policy.

I dont believe isreal has that right because this war has been going on for 60+ years and this is the first time palestine had a big attack because they have no millitary either.
