If they are going to throw away votes for a candidate that wins popular vote, preferably the republican candidate, then all electoral college must know that they must not rig an election. They must got by the popular candidate at the time.

The last Republican president to win the popular vote was Bush, and Republican candidates have been increasingly losing popular votes since, that's why the Republican Party relies so heavily on the electoral college, gerrymandering, voting barriers, and election misinformation...
