The only way to remove racial inequality and racism is too teach our youth that we are all equal and all the same no matter the color of your skin. Teach our youth to progress as a nation together, to help each other and benefit each other. If we are stuck in groups and all attacking and arguing with each other then we will never progress.

Children shouldn't be taught to look at their skin and others skin because there race should have nothing to do with who they are as a person. No child should be told that they are at a disadvantage in life because the color of there skin. With a mindset like that child is bound to be held back in life. Also teaching children that being born a certain way is hurtful to others is just wrong. Teaching children about race is racist because race doesn't matter!

If children aren't taught about discrimination and racism, they won't become racist because they don't know what it means to be a racist.

While the ideal of equality is commendable, it's also important to acknowledge that we don't all start from the same place due to social and historical factors. For instance, consider the racial wealth gap. According to a report from the Brookings Institution, the net worth of a typical white family is nearly ten times greater than that of a Black family. This isn't because of individual behavior but rather systematic and structural issues that have persisted over generations. Teaching critical race theory can help students understand these realities and work towards meaningful change. What are your thoughts on this perspective?

Imagine you're playing a game where everyone starts with different amounts of Monopoly money. Some players have stacks of cash, while others only have a few bucks. Now, we could tell everyone, "Hey, we're all equal now. Let's play fair!" But the ones starting with less might feel a bit short-changed, don't you think?
I guess what I'm saying is, while it's ideal to treat everyone as equals, we can't ignore the fact that some folks have been on the losing end of the stick for a while. It doesn't mean we're attacking each other, just acknowledging the reality. So, how do we ensure everyone starts the game on an equal footing?
