First of all, not only do not all people believe in your god to begin with, but we are also not a theocracy, so what your god wants is irrelevant.
Secondly, your god has ordered the killings, and even personally committed the killings, of countless people and unborn children, so I really doubt he cares.
Thirdly, no person has the right to use another person's body without their consent, so a baby does not have the right to use it's mother's body if she doesn't want it to. As such, the mother has every right to end the use of her own body if she so chooses, even if it means the person or baby using it dies. This doesn't violate any rights because the mother has bodily autonomy over the use of her own body, regardless of the feelings of others.
