Yes and no, yes in the cases of children too young to be vaccinated remaining protected and no, in other general circumstances due to freedoms of choice, however it should be mandatory that accountability is held and prosecutions, consequences and legislation are held fairly and responsibly to ensure the safeguarding for innocent people from abuse or illness, and ensure that people who cause harm due not getting vaccinated or not vaccinating young children can be fined or held accountable for any wrong doing and risk to others.
