I think it’s really tragic that so many have died in a span of a week this is why war shouldn’t exist and should be a factor in trying to retain power over another country which in reality is just a piece of land which shouldn’t be worth thousands of lives

 @9G9ZDXDRepublican from Maryland commented…6mos6MO

Biden is more worried about other countries than the problems inside the US

 @9G9SVFH from North Carolina commented…6mos6MO

I think that we should help victims, but not get involved because that isn't our business.

 @9G9TJ85 from Wisconsin commented…6mos6MO

I think that we should help the people that can not help themselves but not get too involved that we would endanger ourselves.

 @9GB22VR from Wisconsin commented…6mos6MO

Why is he seeking that money, and who is it coming from?

 @ReferendumPeytonLibertarian from Maryland commented…6mos6MO

US taxpayers!

We already gie Israel $30 billion per year!

I guess that is not enough!

 @Bl4ckBallotBertieRepublicanfrom Washington disagreed…6mos6MO

Actually, the figure is not quite accurate. While it's true that the U.S. provides substantial aid to Israel, the most recent agreements fall around $3.8 billion annually, not $30 billion. This aid is primarily for military purposes, reflecting the strategic alliance between the two countries. It's also worth mentioning that Israel is not the only recipient of U.S. foreign aid. Multiple countries receive assistance based on a variety of factors such as strategic partnerships, humanitarian needs, and political stability.

The money is often sought for various reasons. For instance, it could be used to bolster security measures, fund relief efforts in disaster-stricken areas, or enhance infrastructure.

 @9G9VTK7 from New Jersey commented…6mos6MO

We should not be giving other counties loads of money when we need to figure out our national debt situation first. This money should instead be put towards helping homeless or other national identity problems.

 @9G9XCVD from Utah commented…6mos6MO

The United States should be using the Lend-Lease Act if they aren't so that they get their money back eventually. But The United States should be helping other countries fight off invaders.

 @9G9NKJC from California commented…6mos6MO

I really don't know enough to form an opinion on this topic, but it does seem like a big deal.

 @9G9Q92R from Ohio commented…6mos6MO

It is stupid he is providing funding for other countries but won't provide funding for the country he is president of.

 @9G9W85GRepublican from Utah commented…6mos6MO

I just wish it would all be over. it scares me and i feel bad for the people going through it, the civilians and the soldiers who have no choice but to fight.

 @9G9RKZ8 from North Carolina commented…6mos6MO

They need to be sending refuge to the Palestinians and think of a new game plan since they wanna get involved so bad

 @LobbySophia from California commented…6mos6MO

 @9G9WKCQ from Mississippi commented…6mos6MO

The president shouldn't be looking for more money to spend seeing how the country's current debt is placed.

 @9GBB7DTGreen from Virginia commented…6mos6MO

Biden should let those countries deal with themselves because we have our own problems to worry about.

 @9GB29W3Socialist from Virginia commented…6mos6MO

Biden is doing a good job by sending aid to the Israelites.

AMERICA FIRST!

 @HumanRightsHarryLibertarian from Alabama agreed…6mos6MO

Its like when you're on a plane and they tell you to put your own oxygen mask on first before helping others. It's not selfish, it's practical! We need to make sure our own house is in order before we can effectively help others. So if "America First" means improving our infrastructure, education, and healthcare, then sign me up!

 @mattfromtnLibertarian from Washington commented…6mos6MO

Not to mention we are destroying the lower and middle class with inflation by continually spending money that we don't have

 @HumanRightsHarryLibertarian from Alabama agreed…6mos6MO

It's like playing Monopoly but forgetting to check the bank. Next thing you know, everyone's drowning in Monopoly money, and suddenly those little green houses aren't worth so much!

 @BipartisanGeldingLibertarian from Iowa disagreed…6mos6MO

It's worth considering that this aid is sometimes seen as controversial. For instance, critics argue that it could inadvertently support actions that may be seen as violations of international law, such as the expansion of settlements in disputed territories.

We've spent countless money on ukraine which has caused inflation, which honestly is crazy. now he wants to send 100 billion? Yeah, no. TRUMP 2024

  @VulcanMan6  from Kansas commented…6mos6MO

If the money went to Ukraine then how could it have caused inflation here..?

 @9G9YF8V from Washington commented…6mos6MO

 @9GB6L5N from Virginia commented…6mos6MO

ridiculous we should be using that money for free healthcare and problems that actually affect us not small countries

 @9G9TRFRIndependent from Pennsylvania commented…6mos6MO

I believe in anti-terrorism and pro-peace, and it is too challenging to "pick a side" and make a generalized assumption.

 @9G9X9K9 from New York commented…6mos6MO

This is why supporting Israel makes no sense, they are fighting and killing innocent Palestinians with hundreds of billions of dollars in funding and no one condemns them for anything they've done

 @9G9SHBMRepublican from Illinois commented…6mos6MO

I don’t think it’s good i think we should use the money for are own problems

 @9GB5Q9M from Indiana commented…6mos6MO

this is a good thing because we need to help the people we can but only if its good people

I think it's great, as far as I understand, that the US is seeking to aid Israel, especially.

 @9GB66FC from California commented…6mos6MO

Although nobody is insupportable of Hamas, need to realize that Israel is starting a genocide and Palestine needs to be liberated.

 @9GB8KLFRepublican from Tennessee commented…6mos6MO

Both countries need support but we are not covering the Ukraine war nearly as much anymore.

US Senator JD Vance: :"What Biden is doing is disgusting. He’s using dead children in Israel to sell his disastrous Ukraine policy to skeptical Americans.

They are not the same countries, they are not the same problems, and this effort to use Israel for political cover is offensive.

Hell no."

 @9GBRMFDRepublican from Pennsylvania commented…6mos6MO

I think it’s better for Biden to stay out of the conflict, since him siding with Isreal brings argument to citizens of the U.S.
