no, Israel's plan is to make sure Gaza no longer exists. no matter the circumstances. as we know from history, when Israel was given their land they longed for more than bargained which it why Israel and Palestine have been at war for more than 48 years. Israel took more than than given to them by Britain pushing the Palestinians to Gaza as they also took over the West Bank.
