Unfortunately, that's not the case, and at the end of the day, regardless of the reason, a woman should have priority over her body. Obviously, there is a limit to her stage of pregnancy, and each situation should be handled on a case-by-case basis with the woman's doctor. Abortion is necessary for a woman's health and well-being, and stripping that away is unconstitutional. There could be many things said and done about the many hurdles in a woman's life that make having children extremely difficult, and if we tackled those issues more, I am sure this would incentivize fewer abortions.
