It depends on how the carrier got pregnant. if they were raped then it should be allowed for them to get an abortion but for everybody no matter what, after 3 months it should be illegal.

There are ways. Don't kill the kid before it gets a chance. Adoption is always an option. Abortion is killing the kid before it gets to experience life.

It isn't owed a chance to begin with because no person, even a fetus, has the right to use another person's body without their consent. The mere existence of a child in the womb is entirely dependent on the consent of the mother; if she consents to it using her body, fine, but if she doesn't, then oh well...
