Should France continue to assassinate suspected terrorists in foreign countries?
Yes, but only if there is undeniable evidence they are planning to attack our country
In that time period we spend debating whether or not they're going to do it, the terrorist can attack the nation. It's better to capture the potential terrorist, treat them as if they are one of our own citizens innocent until proven guilty, but while we debate the evidence they'll be tucked away in a place where we can guarantee our citizens' safety.
