The Wall Street Journal- which is as steadfastly pro-Israel as any media outlet -- says the Israeli bombing of Gaza "rivals any aerial bombardment this century," and has "displaced hundreds of thousands and turned large parts of Gaza into rubble."

I suppose it would be too much to ask for Hamas to unconditionally surrender and return all hostages then? Every single death in Gaza, every single building destroyed in Gaza -- can be put squarely at the feet of Hamas and the population that broadly supports its goals.

Well put. If Hamas truly cared about the citizens who 'elected' them, they'd stop hiding behind them and face the consequences of their 10/7 atrocities. But they won't. They've had 15 years to build something positive .. and they chose homemade rockets and tunnels.

If Israel falls, so too would the western civilization. It’s incumbent upon every person that takes part in this experiment to ask themselves if they’d rather be a part of peace and prosperity for all or would you rather see Middle Ages style governance.
