I think that it was the parent that screwed up and got Pregnant and if the Pro-choice law gives a person a choice shouldn't the child have the choice whether or not he wants to live or die.

I think who "screwed up" is immaterial to the debate. If the resulting child is human, it deserves the protection of the law.

A child is young and can't make choices for themselves which is why if a person is not going to make a good parent they should have the choice to get rid of the child or have the child and give the child up for adoption.
