Critical Race Theory enables a victimhood mentality, and engenders youth to believe that the color of their skin means something about who they are in the eyes of our society. Teaching history is one thing; to tell children that the color of their skin means similar things today is another.

If learning about systemic racism gives you a victim mentality, then that's probably because it's true. If you want that to not happen then we should be dismantling systemic racism, not trying to ignore or deny it.
