Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declined to confirm reports about a possible deal with Hamas to free Israeli hostages trapped in Gaza on Sunday, but attributed any movement toward an agreement to Israel’s deadly ground offensive in the region.
“There could be [a deal], but I think the less I said about it, the more I’ll increase the chances that it materializes,” Netanyahu told NBC’s Kristen Welker on Sunday during an interview on “Meet the Press.”

I believe it is sad how bad things have gotten.

I think that the government should avoid a hostage deal because it puts people's lives in danger

I don't really know I haven't really informed myself on the Israel and Palestine situation but I guess I feel bad for them. It's kind of horrible they did that.
The best thing the US can do is teach the next generation of Israeli and Hammas children to coexist.

I think it’s horrible what is happening to the children and those who truly never supported Hamas in Palestine. I have trouble defending Palestinians now that they’re losing the war when they invaded Israel and killed thousands of innocent men, women, and children there were parades and parties in the streets of Palestine. Sympathy was lost then.

War is not a pretty thing, and should be avoided
@9GXD2DZRepublican6mos6MO
I am for Israel, Hamas is pure evil.
@9GXRWZZ6mos6MO
I feel that if something is happening between two countries then that is more important than something localized, unless the thing locally is dangerous.
@9GXFCR3Republican6mos6MO
These wars have got to stop this instinct.

Netanyahu wants the hostages back from Hamas.
