I have always truly believed in the right to free public transportation.

My plan for California is to end all unnecessary budget spending and end all non-mandatory subsidization of other states so we can solve our issues, one of which is our lack of public transport access.

I plan to invest in a high-speed rail system that would span all across California, and which would begin service with affordable ticket prices, and eventually become free to use as soon as we can ensure that the economy will not be negatively impacted by doing so.

How would your rail plan be different that the plan CA has already tried?

My plan would be far larger than the previous plan, as it would span every corner of the state. My plan would also result in an affordable (eventually free) method of transportation that is incredibly fast. Many other plans I've heard of don't include the consumer cost, but mine will. In fact, I will work to make my plan not only the largest but also the most comprehensive and affordable plan for such a system.
