What responsibilities do we have to ensure the safety and dignity of all individuals in our neighborhoods, including those who prefer to stay on public land?

We have to ensure that homeless who refuse to stay in encampments are of mental stability and don't pose a threat to locals. Also making safer environments for these individuals is key.

Put more funding into making homes and necessities for homeless being more available.
