What does supporting men's mental health look like in your school or workplace, and is it adequate?

Men need to be taught that they can have feelings and be emotional.

Seriously Men and boys can have emotions not just girls.

Men are always looked as strong and independent which is somewhat true but we all need to be equal and not judge someone just by gender.

I think that to support men's mental health is to treat it the same is women's mental health. Mental health matters for everyone, gender doesn't matter and never has.

I think supporting Men's mental health is making it apart of their doctors appointments as a health cause because Men need someone to tell them that they need wellness mentally AND physically.
