This isn't very good for the US to do. It's like we're playing double agents for both sides of the war.

Israel was under no obligation to provide water etc in the first place. They did it out of the goodness of their hearts when Hamas destroyed Gaza's own power & water infrastructure. Right now any fuel/food etc they provide is forcibly taken by Hamas

We are friends with Israel so they can help us with stuff and we can help them.

It would cost 20 billion dollars to end homeless in the US. The government is spending too much on other countries while US citizens struggle to make ends meet.

 @9HHFZ45 from Texas commented…5mos5MO

We send aid to way too many countries while we neglect our overall infaltionary spending practices.

 @9HHQNPM from Illinois commented…5mos5MO

I believe a religion based on war is wrong, and we shouldn't be funding towards a religious government that believes in Nakba. However, many Arab countries and citizens believe in genocide against Israelis, which is also wrong. I think religion is stupid and they shouldn't be at war for it.

 @9HHJ7LQ from Missouri commented…5mos5MO

It's very contradictory to, allegedly, send aid to Gaza but then turn around and provide bombs for Israel. It's also just wrong in general to help continue a genocide against people who can barely defend themselves.

Israel is not evil, they are all peaceful and subjected to this political attack

Horrible, the bombs that they are giving to Israel are killing civilians in Gaza.

 @K3ynesianTedGreen from Oklahoma commented…5mos5MO

She well knows that UN top aid officials warned that bombings have created "apocalyptic" conditions that effectively ended aid to Gaza. Pure attempt at whitewashing the U.S. support for Israel's far right.

Samantha Power is not one of the good people. She is an Obama "liberal war hawk"

 @9HHT3K2 from California commented…5mos5MO

Hypocrisy, and also we don't support a country by it being right or wrong, we support a country just because we signed a paper that says "I like you".

 @9HHRDW7Socialist from Nevada commented…5mos5MO

It angers me that we, as a nation, are being boldly two-faced in sending aid to Gaza, while our government supports the genocide of Palestinians.

People should stop supporting the government if they don't support their foreign funding decisions

How do you reconcile humanitarian aid with supplying weapons in the context of international conflict, especially in the Israel-Gaza situation?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…5mos5MO

If you were in charge of U.S. foreign policy, what changes would you make regarding the assistance given to both sides of the Israel-Gaza conflict?
