Once the embryo has fully or almost fully developed into a baby, I will agree, it is a life that should not be aborted (unless under some circumstances such as the health of the mother). Before then the embryo is just a mass of cells and cannot be truly considered alive. If you consider a mass of cells to be alive then what about the rest of your cells that make up your body? You constantly have cells that die and new cells that take their place (for example, scabs. When you get a scab, that is because the cells in your blood clot and die, making a barrier between yourself and everything else). Does this mean you are a serial killer because you are the cause of your cells dying, the same way you would be if you aborted a embryo? No, because you can barely call those cells alive. Without your active assistance, the cells will die. Once the Cells are able to stay alive on their own, only when can something be considered alive. So why should parents be forced to put an end to their lives to take care of a child they don't want, when there are alternatives.
