Where is 2.8% inflation?

I don't see grocery prices coming down?

I don't see insurance cost for car/health etc coming down.

We have locked in 25%-40% higher costs over the last 3 yrs.

The damage was done 2 years ago. Inflation down to 2-3 percent just means we arent increasing the prices any further at the same high rate. Unfortunately the damage from 1-2 years ago is probably here for the long term.
