How would you define fairness in a society with diverse communities?

I believe that people of this demographic are often discriminated against unfairly within diverse communities.

Fairness is every people being treated of the same. we don't take somebody and treat them differently because of their beliefs or because of their identity. people should be treated the same. Jobs should be given out and pay should be the same if somebody's over different gender, perhaps they shouldn't be Competing in sports of people of a different gender who are born of different size and mass that they are period sports should be brought down to height weight and ability and metrly sex.
