I am personally a part of multiple ethnic social groups and LGBTQ+ organizations and find when you have a community you can focus and many different issues. the best part of being a US citizen is being able to use your voice and be heard for the most part. Everyone has a different definition of social activism and everyone's opinion should be respected unless it is illegal or hurting another person.

Nobody has their own set of ideals or own thoughts anymore because everyone is influenced and you cannot form your own cognitive thoughts without those other thoughts being seeped into it and changing it.
