Alcoholic beverages and universities.
The government could help by creating more associations of "Alcoholics Anonymous" and regarding universities, they could be less expensive and have easier payments.

Communication inability, worrying a bit too much on not slightly hurting everyone.

We need to be confident and direct and clear with were we stand even if there is a little discomfort.
