No I would not be at ease with this, I actually find it to be terrifying that this is a possibility.

If one both values posterity (in laymen's terms life beyond my own) and natural beauty, of course one would want this. (In fact it's arguable that this is a loaded question, since this assumes that natural beauty exists. Those living in harsh natural conditions, say the tropics, tend to have a differing perspective.)
