What kind of support would you find helpful for men dealing with mental health challenges?
Most men are taught to hide their emotions from a young age I think if we normalized that men have as much mental health issues as woman it would help.

Men are taught to hide behind a wall which results in them feeling lonely. I feel as though men actually have it worse than woman regarding mental health issues.
