This is the correct decision. Texas has absolutely no place instituting their own cruel and inhumane border policies.

I’m glad to see that SCOTUS is allowing the Biden admin to remove this razor wire and take back authority over immigration policy.

What's cruel and inhumane is how Congress has done nothing at all to defend our borders, which is the best possible incentive for more and more people to try to cross it illegally.
