only to stop people from being physically attacked
We were given the bill of rights to try and combat the hatred being thrown at people in our day and age. Discrimination is brought up as something that people want to stray away from so not only do words hurt, I'm assuming physical stuff too. Teach young minds not to hurt people mentally or physically.
I don’t believe the government should protect citizens of any external cultural influences. Countries change over time and it’s important to let that change happen.

It's illogical to try to protect one country's citizens from cultures that exist elsewhere. Travel, journalism, and cultural exposure are extremely important ways we connect with others. Learning about other cultures is essential to understanding humanity and its challenges and potential. Being culturally insular leads to backwardness, fear, and hate.

I think the government should advise people that something is graphic but give the people a chance to choose for themselves.

I don't think the government should protect citizens from outside sources.
