This does not work although teamwork is important, no one should be judged by it as there are always slackers

No one else's hard work should reward someone else. And nobody's slacking should take down another person. I would not like this job.
Wouldn't like it all because it only takes on person to ruin it for everyone else. So, if the job is done well but an individual or certain individuals, everyone will be receiving credit when they don't deserve it or if one person messes up it is a reflect on the whole group.
