What are the first steps you would suggest to someone looking to address inequity in their community?

For starters, trying to make equal pay for women in their community, let them be able to get an abortion if they want as well, and I don’t know what else to add other than to just not discriminate or tolerate bullying.

Don't argue against what someone believes in unless it is hurting someone or is not fair. Like if someone was a different religion or something you wouldn't get mad at them for it or treat them porrly.
