In my stance, I believe teachers are allowed to carry a firearm during school in-session; however, the teacher must have a clean, permanent record in crime reports and medical diagnostics in order to carry a firearm. In addition, teachers must go through long training in how to use a firearm. Also in my stance, you cannot fight fire with fire; therefore, it is not probable to minimize gun shootings by giving people the privilege to carry firearm, especially school staffs.
