First of all, I don’t see why the government decided to legalize the selling of cannabis while still criminalizing those who were already selling it while also criminalizing those who were using it. This clearly shows conflict of principle.
It's about time the government admitted its mistakes with the whole cannabis regulation mess. Hopefully, Governor Hochul's overhaul cuts through the bureaucratic red tape and actually gives entrepreneurs a fair shot at success in the market.
