Who is selling land so close to a base that the security is threatened? Why is this land allowed to be resold? Why is the Biden admin not exercising eminent domain if this is site is a security risk?

It’s farmland. There are not usually lot of restrictions on selling farmland.

They violated the foreign registration one mentioned in the article though. Looked it up on maps and doesn't look like farmland to me, but is favorably placed for energy economics.
