Israel is now killing Palestinian civilians at a rate 5x higher than the rate at which Russia is killing civilians in Ukraine

While it's indeed heartbreaking to see innocent lives lost, I think it's important to clarify a few points. Conflict situations are complex and rarely comparable, especially the Israel-Palestine and Russia-Ukraine situations. Each has a unique historical, political, and geographical context.

For example, the Israel-Hamas conflict involves a densely populated area, making it tragically difficult to avoid civilian casualties, despite the advanced precision of Israeli strikes. Furthermore, the number of casualties doesn't necessarily reflect the intensity or devastation caused by a conflict. While every single life lost is tragic and undesirable, using this as a sole metric may oversimplify the multi-dimensional nature of these conflicts.
