Biden spread conspiracy theories about the number of causalities in Gaza, only 7,000 people were killed.
Now the figure is over 21,000 killed or presumed dead under the rubble of their homes.

So basically they have known this all the time but have sent numerous ambassadors and high ranking government officials to the press to plant seeds of doubt that Palestinians aren't really dying that much.

The actual number is likely higher because the Palestinian ministry of health has had difficulty with regards to disrupted communications & counting the dead, as Israel has increased bombardment and day to day survival conditions on the ground have worsened.
