Antifa is the only leftist group that held prominence in that time that I have issues with. BLM was overall less violent and damaging than Civil Rights Era protests, but was simply more widespread.

I agree – Just because they were burning buildings, attacking policemen, looting, pilfering, plundering, shoplifting, committing arson, and vandalising, doesn't make their protest not peaceful, because the definition of peace is burning buildings, attacking policemen, looting, pilfering, plundering, shoplifting, committing arson, and vandalising, and that's totally a thing conservatives wouldn't get punished for.
