Let’s start with what turned me over the edge to calling him a fascist: Openly supporting Project 2025. I’ve looked directly into the project, and it’s freaking horrifying. The goal is to consolidate power in the executive branch, disrupting checks and balances, and giving the president much more power then he ever should’ve had. He won’t purge the “administrative branch”, he’ll merge with it. The justification used for it is Unitary Executive Theory, which basically states that a couple clauses in the Constitution/Bill of Rights allow the president to do virtually whatever he wants. That’s just on the political side, the social area is just that much worse.

Project 2025 does not aim to consolidate power in the executive branch that is unconstitutional but to restore oversight and accountability to the blatantly anti-constitutional bureaucracy, including the IRS, DOJ, and FBI, which are at open war with every American's liberties.
