America is not a democracy

I'd prefer the term "welfare-warfare empire of lies" to describe our current situation

Warfare, yeah. Welfare? Don’t make me laugh. The welfare system runs almost entirely through the private middle-man, we waste 43% of our wages (total in-the-long-run expenses) in taxes and insurance premiums trying to get that meager and poorly done welfare system (most every developed country pays less and gets more), and yet we still have a garbage healthcare system, built expressly off the failure of privatization in that sector. Corporations have an extreme amount of power in the government hence our crony capitalism vibes and constant acknowledgment (yet inaction) of corruption in the light of day. Trust me, the government welfare isn’t the problem, it’s how it’s run and our return on investment being hijacked by privatization.

Unless you count the 3.7 million people in Britain who are waiting for non-urgent medical operations, a number that has consistently been going up since Britain socialised healthcare, 0r 1 in 14 Britons, not to mention the fact that hospitals are so overcrowded that three women in labor were turned away in Glasgow recently without ANY medical assistance (Heaven knows what fate…  Read more they met) a hospital in Essex had to cancel a life-saving cancer surgery because there wasn't enough bed space, and an 82 year old women who suffered a dangerous fall had to wait eight gruelling hours for the government ambulances to even get to her. Obviously it's a failure in Britain.

What can I say? I’m a dense guy sometimes who lacks social cue recognition, but regardless, the problem of government healthcare lies mostly in the maximum amount of resources to make the free healthcare possible. The UK has limited resources, and as such, uses them to its maximum capacity to make healthcare work. They’re making the most of it, and the problems afterwards are less the governments fault and more that they need more resources (something we can use corporations to provide rather than letting them simply rule the healthcare system).
